  2. Peter,

Your Ecologica website appeared when I was searching for Blenheim Orange in Australia but an email to the quoted address bounced. I would like to obtain either dormant or summer budwood at some stage if this is possible.

If you have an interest in expanding your apple collection I could help with budwood of most of the cider apple varieties in Australia. You can read about the various ciders via the two webpages:

    Click to access Growing-cider-apples.pdf

    http://www.dpi.nsw.gov.au/agriculture/horticulture/pomes/additional-cider-varieties

I was interested to see that you have used the information that Clive Winmill prepared. It’s a shame that Clive and Margaret are no longer active in the apple area as their ability with apple identification was probably about the best available.

    Look forward to your advice

    Cheers

  4. Danke sehr an den Webmaster.

    Gruss Tina

  5. Very Nice website. I just finished mine and i was looking for some design ideas and you gave me a few. Did you develop the website alone?

    Thanks

    • Thanks Robyn. I didn’t develop anything. I just use one of the many standard WordPress layouts (‘themes’) called Chaotic Soul. Easy peasy. P.

  6. Thank you, comment much appreciated. Peter

  7. Superb post and good domain by the way!

  8. Discovered this site while doing a google search to find some (royalty free) images to put in the cover art of my song “Cool To My Drama”. I embed my cover art (1000 x 1000 px) in the MP3 so if you’re listening through an iTunes player or any player that can display to that size, it can look quite effective.

Anyway, great site Peter! I’ll definately return to check it out some more.

I’d like to send you a copy of my “Cool To My Drama” song. I’m going to make it available as a free download to anyone who joins my mailing list. I wrote it back in 2006; corporate imperialism, alienation, addictions, war, environment, general awareness etc. Let me know where to send it, if you will.

  9. Thanks Peter.

FYI, you can now access my song “Cool To My Drama” as well as get FREE cover art c/- my featured blog post titled “”Cool To My Drama DEMO” at my website (link in signature & Gravatar image)

  11. […] Be enjoying you soon Melbourne town. Some additional ballad(s) reviews have come in, my thanks to Peter Lach-Newinsky for the translation on one. I’m in Brisbane this weekend (13th-15th) for another Cage […]

  12. Sorry to post this here. I sent a longer message via your Znet page, but just want to send it here as well.

    Hi Peter,

I just wanted to say how much I appreciated your latest IOPS blog post. I couldn’t agree with you more about the urgency of the ecological crisis, and with your concrete proposals.

I always enjoy reading your posts. I also follow your blog.

I see you used the term ‘ecocide’ in your post. Do you know Polly Higgins? The website is:
    http://eradicatingecocide.com/

She and others (some from the London Occupy movement) are producing a documentary called Wild Law. It will be shot mid-January.

One member of London Occupy, another legal activist, is involved within the Green Party in trying to promote a community bill of rights. Links are:

There is also an excellent TEDx event happening next month in London:
    http://tedxwhitechapel.com/
Watch out for it once the videos are posted.

One of the speakers at the TEDx event is IOPS member Raoul Martinez. He has created the excellent documentary Creating Freedom. I can definitely recommend it, as well as recommending him as a person. A lovely guy. Maybe try to arrange a screening in Australia, or at least generate interest? Have a look:

Also Raoul’s father is a writer. You may appreciate some of his work:

Just thought you’d be interested. Please spread the word about whatever you find to be of value. So much of great importance and hope is happening in the world!

    All the best!
    Zane Hannan

    • Hi Zane, great to hear from you again and many thanks for the comments. Hope you’re well. Also thanks for the links, will check out asap, look interesting. Had heard of Polly Higgin’s legal attempts, but not the others. Raoul Martinez sounds interesting. Am a little frustrated by the IOPS fixations and development, but will give it a bit more time… All the best to you too!

  15. hi peter! My name is breakfast, I found your blog because I was looking for jpg’s of the “beet the system” graphic I drew like 13 years ago! I don’t have the original copy so I have to search the web every time I want the image… anyway I like your blog and appreciate the compliment of you posting my artwork on it! I was wondering if you could help spread my kickstarter link around so I can make more stickers!

  18. Hi, Peter. I’m working on a project of getting grassroots groups from around the world to meet up, share their views, priorities and projects, and see if we can begin to articulate a more global agenda. The list of grassroots organizations you worked up is very useful. I’d like to run the idea by you if you have time. Let me know. Jeff Halper (jeffhalper@gmail.com)

    • Thanks Jeff. A group I was connected with worked a couple of months in 2015 on a proposal for a Common Global Website, had it translated into French, German, Spanish, Italian and Brazilian-Portuguese and sent it out for feedback/response to over 100 global orgs. We got a response from about 2. Doesn’t seem to be the way to go at present. Wish you luck anyway. Peter

  19. Hi Peter, I’m a member of the Bundanoon Winterfest committee and your name came up as a local Poet. You can contact me through Facebook messages or email to winterfestinbundanoon@gmail.com. Heather

  20. Peter, if you are interested in being in the second edition of this »» http://bit.ly/unfurly1 I’d like to publish a self-curated group of your poems. Regards.
