[Occupy Cal students at Berkeley with their floating tents action after authorities banned tents on grass, an infringement of the right to free assembly in public space. This is where the Free Speech Movement started in the mid-sixties, with a big influence on all of my generation’s subsequent ‘movements of 68’ in the US and elsewhere.
